THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class memberships!
This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, is obsessed with excellence, and wants to be part of a values-driven team that makes people feel celebrated and strong.
๐ผ What You'll Do:

Connect with clients before and after classes to learn about their goals and experiences

Guide new clients through membership options and help them find their best fit

Onboard new members and ensure theyโre getting the most out of their DivaDance experience

Capture content and post to our social media during classes

Observe class vibe and give feedback to help us continuously improve the experience

Plan and host DivaDates โ fun, low-lift social events to build community outside of class

Manage and engage our private Facebook group to foster deeper connections

Support local collaborations that reflect our brand values and help spread the word

Outgoing, articulate, and confident

Comfortable with persuasive conversations and membership sales

Skilled at building rapport quickly and authentically

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
We are looking for you to host 2-3 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studios in our 606 Chicago terrritory, which spans neighborhoods along the 606 trail on the Northwest Side of the city and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes! Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
โจ Classes are expected to launch in Summer 2025, beginning in Logan Square
๐ต Compensation is $15 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes!
It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
