THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them do more of what they love, and then presenting ways our membership options may help them achieve their goals! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives and a growing organization! Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We provide all training, but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
You'll be expected to attend our classes on various weeknights and possible weekends, and to work at least 2 shifts per week as well as have a flexible schedule in order to attend additional classes or events as needed. Classes are currently held in the Thousand Oaks, Alamo Heights and Churchill/Castle Hills areas!
Compensation is $15 per class + $10 per membership sold.
You are required to have a smart phone for this role; bonus if you have a tablet or iPad.
