THE GIG:
You’re the Queen (or King!) Bee of our Performance, Workshop and Video Series Programs, coordinating and directing specific services. Responsibilities include: scheduling rehearsals, studio booking, ticketing, event services, managing choreographer/ performer communication throughout the performance experience, and other duties as assigned to ensure our clients have a FLAWLESS experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in staging/blocking choreography, and is super responsive via phone/text.
HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
We are looking for you to work on a seasonal basis- rehearsals are scheduled mostly in the evenings and weekends during the FALL, SPRING, SUMMER, and/or WINTER when a program is scheduled. DivaDance brings rehearsals into existing facilities throughout the Phoenix area. You can expect to be present at multiple studios & event venues anywhere in Phoenix and should have reliable transportation to get there at your own expense.
Compensation starts at $300 per season.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Pre-requisite: You must be an existing, certified DivaDance Instructor who has already completed the online Instructor Development Program, and have pervious experience in all (3) Programs:
-DivaDance Videos
-DivaDance Workshops
-DivaDance Performances
On a case-by-case basis, candidates with strong technical backgrounds with significant industry experience may still be considered upon successful completion of the DivaDance Instructor certification process. A Bachelor of Fine Arts OR Master of Fine Arts in Dance is not required but highly preferred. Our application process also requires that you submit videos of your original choreography prior to being interviewed. Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered. No exceptions.
