THE GIG:
You’re the Queen (or King!) Bee of our Performance, Workshop and Video Series Programs, coordinating and directing services. Duties include: scheduling rehearsals, studio booking, ticketing, event services, managing choreographer and client communications throughout the performance experience. Our programs are for all levels and follow a consistent DivaDance format. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in staging/blocking choreography for adults, and is super responsive via phone/text. Flakes or last-minute excuse-makers need not apply! This is a great role for someone who wants to earn extra Venmo or manicure money while doing what they LOVE. Strong background in commercial dance preferred- BONUS points for Theatre Babes!
You will be required to complete our online Instructor Development Program and have prior experience working with DivaDance as an Instructor AND have experience with all (3) services:
-DivaDance Video Series
-DivaDance Workshops
-DivaDance Performance Series

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
We are looking for you to work quarterly - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends during the FALL, SPRING, SUMMER, and occasionally, WINTER when there is a program being offered. DivaDance brings our rehearsals into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to teach at our studios anywhere in Phoenix and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes!
Compensation starts at $250 per show.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You must have experience teaching and choreographing for adults. Our application process will require that you submit a video of your original choreography.
Applications without professional resume will not be considered. No exceptions.
